Unlike your Credit Union, this system requires that your entire account number be used as it appears along the lower left of your checks. It usually comes right after your nine digit routing number. Use only the routing and account numbers, omitting the check number, and try to logon again. If further assistance is needed, please call us at 1-800-275-1053.
