General Check Ordering Questions

1. What is CheckProtect®?

CheckProtect is the recommended delivery service for personal checks that provides an economical way to get checks quickly. CheckProtect allows you to track orders from the print facility to when the package is out for delivery, including PO Boxes.

2. Is the price shown exactly what I will pay?

In most cases, yes. The total order price displayed will reflect the charges that will be debited from your account. The only exception will be for California residents where applicable taxes are applied to the order after it is processed.

3. If I am part of a special account plan, how do I know I am being charged correctly?

All applicable pricing reflective of your unique account plan will be included in the calculation of your order total. Special offers available to you will be displayed as you begin your check order.

4. How do I track the status of my order?

You can determine the status of your order by going to the "Order Status" link within the main header of the website. If you have selected an expedited and/or secure and trackable delivery method, you will also be able to link directly to the carrier's website for additional order tracking information.

Business Check Ordering Questions

1. Do you have checks that work with Quicken?

Yes. We have both Laser and Continuous Feed Computer checks available that are compatible with Quicken, Quickbooks, Microsoft Money, Managing Your Money and more than 1500 other versions of software.

2. If I have a custom business logo for my business checks, how do I order it?

If you are placing a reorder for a business check and have previously had a custom logo printed on your checks, in most cases we will have the image on file and it can be reordered via this website. This will be indicated to you as you customize the business check reorder. If you would like to add a new business logo or update your existing logo or are unsure if we have the custom image on file, please contact a Solutions for Business customer service specialist at 1-800-234-6147.
